When mounting the tool bit, ensure that the shaft of the tool bit is firmly
sitting in the tool holder on the chuck (16). If the shaft of the tool bit is not
properly inserted into the tool holder, there is a possibility that the tool
bit may come loose and get out of control.
Mounting the tool bits
• Press the spindle locking button (14) and rotate the clamping nut
(17) by hand until it blocked.
• Keep the spindle locking button (14) pressed and loosen the clamp-
ing nut (17) using the wrench.
• Insert the tool bit into the tool holder on the chuck (16). Caution!
Make sure that you choose the collet with the appropriate inner
diameter for your tool bit!
• Keep the spindle locking button (14) pressed and clamp the tool bit
by tightening the clamping nut (17) clockwise using the wrench.
