Calibrate the Metered
Dispense Valve
NOTE: This calibration procedure requires a
1 quart or 1 liter, calibrated, volumetric flask.
When the meter is configured to display fluid
volume in pints, quarts or gallons, the
calibration procedure will require a 1 quart
calibrated volumetric flask be used. When the
meter is configured in liters, a 1 liter
volumetric flask is required for calibration.
The metered dispense valve should be
calibrated prior to using it for the first time.
Calibrating the metered dispense valve
assures you that dispenses are accurate.
Calibration factors can vary due to fluid
viscosity and flow rate. Calibrate metered
dispense valves for specific fluid at nominal
flow rates.
To calibrate the metered dispense valve:
1.
If the system is not fully primed, flush the
metered dispense valve. See Flushing,
page 10.

Select the UTILITY MENU option (F

section of this manual, page 17.)
