8. Assemble the battery housing. Refer to
the battery housing on page 23 .
9. Install the control unit. Refer to
unit on page 14 .
10. Install the wear guard below the battery housing.
Refer to To remove the wear guard from the battery
housing on page 22 .
5.2.4 Control handle
5.2.4.1 To disassemble and assemble the control handle
1. Remove the 4 screws and the right handle half.
2. Assemble the control handle in the opposite
sequence.
5.2.4.2 To disassemble the power trigger lockout and
power trigger
1. Disassemble the control handle. Refer to
disassemble and assemble the control handle on
page 19 .
2. Remove the power trigger lockout and the power
trigger from the handle.

5.2.4.3 To assemble the power trigger and power trigger
lockout
1. Put the power trigger in the handle.
2. Push and hold the spring against the power trigger.
3. Make sure that the edge of the power trigger is in
the handle.
4. Put the power trigger lockout in the handle.
5. Assemble the control handle. Refer to
disassemble and assemble the control handle on
page 19 .

5.2.5.1 To remove the control cable
CAUTION: Make a note of how the cables and
components are installed before you remove the
control cable.
1. Remove the control handle.
2. Remove the power trigger lockout and power trigger.
