8. Plug the power cord in to the power supply/fan assembly unit
and press the AC power switch to "I"to turn it on.
9. Fasten the power cord in place by pulling the power cord retainer
down over the power cord plug.
10. Verify that the LED on the new power supply/fan assembly unit
displays a steady green light while the switch is operating (see
Table 3 on page 47). If the LED is not green, ensure that the power
supply/fan assembly units firmly installed.
11. Optionally, type the psShow command at the command line
prompt to display power supply/fan assembly unit status. The
Fabric OS identifies the power supply/fan assembly unit in a
DS-5000B from left to right as PS1 and PS2, when viewing the
switch from the port side (see Figure 6).
