- Page 4 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS VOLT Cypress Bollard ® VPL-1042-4-BBZ Install Fixture Hat Screw the coupler onto the top Finial center of the fixture body and hand tighten until snug. Secure the fixture hat onto the Fixture Hat coupler with the finial and hand tighten until snug.
