- Page 3 Townhall Installation Packet Illustration 2: Picnic Table Assembly - ACPICTBL Step 1 - Insert the V-Wire assembly into the Table Leg. Secure with 1 C bolt. Step 2 - Insert the Bottom Crossbeam into Table Leg. Align the V-Wire hole with Table Leg hole and secure with 1 B bolt.
