I/O A d dress and DMA C hannel Jum p ers
The I/O Address and DMA C hannel Jum pers have two settings
each. If you are using two M ultiprotocol Adapters, ensure th at
each adapter is set to a different DMA channel. For more
inform ation, refer to "A dapter C onflicts" on page 1-19.
Set the jum pers as shown below.
You can install this adapter in slots 2, 4, 5, 7, or 8 in
I n s t a l l i n g :
IBM 6150 and in slots 2, 3, 4, or 5 in IBM 6151, whichever is
available. See the system u n it diagram for the correct adapter slot.
