3.5.27

Line-side grounding switch (option L48)

The motor-operated make-proof grounding switch is used to short-circuit and ground the line
side. Pushbuttons installed in the closed-loop control section door are used to control the
switch. Controlling this make-proof grounding switch is interlocked with the operating state and
the switch-on control of the drive.
3.5.28

Motor-side grounding switch (option L49)

The motor-operated make-proof grounding switch is used to short-circuit and ground the motor
side. Pushbuttons installed in the closed-loop control section door are used to control the
switch. Controlling this make-proof grounding switch is interlocked with the operating state and
the switch-on control of the drive.
3.5.29

Cabinet lighting in the control section (option L50)

The cabinet lighting is automatically switched on using an integrated motion detector. If the light
is switched on by the motion detector, it stays on for three minutes.
3.5.30

Cabinet anti-condensation heating for the power unit (option L55)

The anti-condensation heating is used at low ambient temperatures and high levels of humidity
to prevent condensation from forming. The heating is controlled via a thermostat. The heating
is externally supplied with power.
3.5.31

Power cable connection at the drive input from above (option M13)

You can introduce the line-side power cable into the cabinet from the top.
3.5.32

Castell locking system (option M14)

The safety locking system is based on the key transfer system from the Castell company. You
must open the medium-voltage breaker before you can obtain the coded key of the key
exchange unit. The opened medium-voltage breaker releases the key to the key exchange unit.
This key is used in turn to release the key for the cabinet doors of the power unit. This key
interlocking system means that the converter is disconnected from the medium-voltage supply
and that no cabinet components are connected to medium voltage. As long as the cabinet
doors are not closed again and the keys to the converter cabinet doors are not inserted back
in the key exchange unit, the key for the medium-voltage breaker is not released. The medium-
voltage breaker cannot be switched on again.
