Power Management

This option allows you to determine if the values in power manage-

ment are disabled, user-defined, or predefined.

HDD Power Management

You can choose to turn the HDD off after one of the time intervals

listed, or when the system is in Suspend mode. If in a power saving

mode, any access to the HDD will wake it up.

Note:

IRQ Activity

IRQ can be set independently. Activity on any enabled IRQ will wake

up the system.

5.1.6 PNP/PCI Configuration Setup

"LOAD BIOS DEFAULTS" loads the most appropriate values of the

system parameters for minimum performance. These default values are

loaded automatically if the stored record created by the Setup program

becomes corrupt (and therefore unusable).
