Cleaning and Replacing the

Feed Roller and Double Feed Stop Plate
If the feed roller or double sheet stop plate are worn, this causes the sheets to feed unevenly.
If this happens, clean the feed roller or double feed stop plate. If the feeding action is still uneven, even after
you clean the feed roller or double sheet stop plate, the parts may be worn out. Replace the feed roller or
double feed stop plate.
Power Switch: OFF

Double Feed Stop Plate
WARNING
- Turn off the main power switch and unplug
the power cable whenever you clean or
replace the feed roller or the double feed
stop plate.
Turn off the main power switch and
unplug the power cable.
Remove the delivery roller.
Open the fold section cover.
- Open the fold section cover slowly.
Remove the feed roller assembly.
- Push the feed roller shaft in the direction shown by
arrow (1) and pull the feed roller shaft towards you(2).
Remove the double feed stop plate.
- Now you can pull up the double feed stop plate.
- The part should be replaced after 15 to 30 million folds,
depending on the type of sheet.)
- If the folder is not used for a year, the double feed stop
plate may deteriorate.
Replace the double feed stop plate.
