Cover Feed Table
The printed sheets are placed on this
table.
2nd Stopper Knob
This knob is used to set the fold
position for the second fold. Adjusting
the stopper position changes the fold position.
1st Stopper Knob
This knob is used to set the fold
position for the first fold. Adjusting
the stopper position changes the fold
position.
Locking Knob
Grip this knob to move the
delivery roller.
Delivery Roller
The folded sheets are
held down by the
delivery roller.
Feed Guide Locking Lever
Grip this lever to move the feed guide.
Buckle Chute
The buckle chute is housed in this section.
If there is a sheet jam, pull out this
unit to remove any jammed sheets.
Double feed stop plate pressure adjusting lever
If there are frequent double feeds, set this
lever to the Normal position.

Fold Skew Correction Lever
If the fold are skewed, adjust
the sheet feeding angle using
this lever. (Refer to page 10.)
Delivery Belts
Sheet Guides
These guides should lightly touch the edges
of the sheets.
Support Table
Circuit Breaker
If the fold rollers are overloaded,
this circuit breaker will trip to
prevent damage to the machine.
Feed Tray Lever
Lower the feed tray lever to
place the sheets on the
feed tray. Raise this lever
to start feeding.
Power Switch
I = ON, = OFF
