4-4 Cleaning the Count Sensor

- Count sensor inside the exit cover counts the folded sheet passes through. If there are paper
dust on sensing area of this sensor, the machine can not count the sheets correctly.
Clean the sensor.
WARNING
Turn off power switch and pull out
power cord from outlet before cleaning.
1.
Slide delivery tray and open the exit
cover.
2.
Projector and receiver of the sensor are
inside the cover.
3.
Clean the sensing area using a cotton
swab.
