WARNINGS for Operation
This machine must be operated by
just one person at a time.
Do not remove any covers. Electrical
shock can cause severe personal
injury.
CAUTIONS for Operation
If you turn off the power switch, wait
about 10 seconds before turning it on
again. Otherwise, the P.C.board may
be damaged.
The stopper knob should only be
turned within a certain range. Do not
use force to turn the stopper knob.
Otherwise, the machine may be damaged.
Span that the stopper knob can turn
smoothly is the movable range. Do
not turn the stopper knob by force.
Otherwise, the machine may be damaged.
WARNING for Installation
Be careful when plugging or unplugging the power cord. Do not overload the electrical out-
let supplying power to the machine. This could cause a fire or electrical shock.
CAUTIONS for Installation
Do not install the PF-P3100 in a location where
it will be exposed to direct sunlight, high tem-
perature or humidity.
Do not install the PF-P3100 near any
device which produces strong mag-
netic fields.
Operating Safety Precautions
WARNING
Turn off the power switch before cleaning or
replacing the feed rollers or the double feed
stop plate.
Do not touch any moving belts when
removing the sheets. This may cause
severe personal injury.
CAUTION
Do not turn the stopper knobs past
their normal range. This could cause
the sheets to jam, and may damage
the machine.
If the stopper knob is heavy, sheets
may jam inside the buckle chute. Do
not rotate the stopper knob forcibly.
Otherwise, the machine may be damaged.
WARNING
CAUTION
Do not install the PF-P3100 in a loca-
tion which is dusty. This can cause a
fire or damage the machine.
Do not install the PF-P3100 on an
unstable floor surface. This may allow
the PF-P3100 to fall over, and this can
cause severe personal injury. This can also
affect the performance of the machine.
