Troubleshooting

If the sheets are wrinckled:

Check Points
Check whether the
double feed stop plate
pressure is set properly.
Check whether the fold
roller pressure is set
properly.
Check the fold speed.
The sheets being used
are too damp.
Check whether the
rollers are stained with
ink.
Check whether the fold
rollers are worn out.
Check whether the
feed table pressure is
set to "Strong".
Check whether the
sheets are loaded in
the center of the feed
table.

setting to Weak.
