Sheets Are Not Fed Correctly

There Is Frequent Mis-feeding

Where to Check
The sheets had not been fanned well be-
fore they were loaded on the feed table.
The edges of the sheets are not aligned
with the feed head plate.
The fluff air is too weak.
The sheet height is too low.
The double feed stop pad assembly is too
high.
If misfeeding still occurs even after you tried all of the solutions listed above, the circuit breaker for blower
motor for feed vacuum Q10 may trip. Call your local dealer.

Where to Check
The head edges of the sheets curl up-
ward.
The sheets are not being separated cor-
rectly.
The amount of the fluff air is not correct.
The sheet height is too high.
The double feed stop pad assembly is too
low.
The double feed stop pads are worn.
The sheets are thin.
