The refrigerated counter
o The interior of the refrigerated counter (chamber doors, shelf guides, drawers,
cooling basin for GN containers and cover raiser) must be cleaned using a
disinfectant approved for contact with food.
o Wipe these elements with a moistened cloth with clean water, then dry the cleaned
surfaces thoroughly.
o Clean the outer surface of the housing of the refrigerated counter and work surface
with a damp, soft cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent. At the end, thoroughly dry
the device.
o Never use aggressive cleaning agents such as scouring powder, substances
containing alcohol or solvents that could damage the surfaces of the device.
Granite worktop (200278)
o Granite worktop should be cleaned regularly with a soft, damp cloth. When using
detergents, it must be remembered that they must be designated to clean with
natural stone. Follow manufacturer's instructions.
The condenser
CAUTION!
A dirty condenser has a negative impact on operation and increases
energy consumption!
In order to maintain full efficiency of the device regularly (once a week) clean the
condenser according to the following guidelines:
o Before cleaning, turn the device off, unplug it from the socket (pull the plug!).
o Remove the screws on the protective grille on the front panel and remove the
grille. Now, the condenser is easy to access.
o The 200278 cooling chamber device located behind the door with ventilation
openings is closed. To access this compartment, open the door.
o The condenser should be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner with a brush for
upholstery or brush, moving the nozzle or brush along the ribs of the condenser.
o
After cleaning, reassemble the removed cover.
WARNING!
In normal use, the condenser and compressor surfaces may be hot.
To avoid burning with your palms or hands, do not touch with your bare
hands. Wear protective gloves!
