Adjusting the Transfer Ribbon Feed Path

The transfer ribbon feed path can be affected by the following adjustments:
Method
Adjusting the rear ribbon deflection
Fine-tuning of the printhead pressure Avoiding wrinkles in the print zone arising from the inner or outer side
Bowing the printhead
Adjusting the front ribbon deflection

Adjusting the rear transfer ribbon deflection
 If the transfer ribbon drifts sidewards between unwinder and print unit, adjust the rear ribbon deflection (2) by
turning the eccentric (1).

Planing the ribbon between unwinder and print unit
