Step 1
Insert Washers onto Hand-Knob Bolts
• Insert (1) one lock washer and (2) two flat washers
onto each knob as shown.
Warning: Failure to use all three washers
on each knob bolt will bulge out the face
of the shelf and result in damage to the
product.
Step 2
Locate Bolt Slots on Inside of Chair
• Carefully lay unit over on it's side.
• Pull open bottom cover flap and locate the upper and lower
slots on inside back cavity.

Installation Instructions Moto Page 1 of 3 Rear Shelf Package Contents Lock Washers (Qty. 4) Flat Washers (Qty. 8) Rear Shelf Knob Bolts (Qty. 4) Chair Step 1 (1) Lock Washer Insert Washers onto Hand-Knob Bolts • Insert (1) one lock washer and (2) two flat washers onto each knob as shown. - Page 2 Installation Instructions Moto Page 2 of 3 Rear Shelf Step 3 (continued) Insert Knob Bolts from Inside of Chair • Insert all four knob bolts into slots as shown: Push lower bolts entirely through back of chair. Insert upper bolts into wood slat, do not push through entire back of chair.
- Page 3 Installation Instructions Moto Page 3 of 3 Rear Shelf Step 4b Align upper bolts (continued) with inserts and Attach Rear Shelf to Upper Knob Bolts begin to thread. • Insert upper knob bolts into corresponding inserts on rear shelf and thread loosely.
