Step 1
Locate Bolt Slots on Inside of Chair
• Carefully lay unit over on it's side.
• Pull open bottom cover flap and locate
the upper and lower slots on inside
back cavity.

inside back cavity
Step 2
Insert Knob Bolts from Inside of Chair
• Insert all 4 knob bolts into slots as shown:
