Attach Stretcher Rails to End Panels
• Stand End Panels upright and attach Stretcher Rail
using 1 " bolts. Do not tighten bolts firmly until both

Stretcher Rails are in place.
• After both Stretcher Rails are placed, tighten bolts firmly.
