TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
Verify that all cables are securely connected.
2.
Verify that the computer is connected to a Keyboard port and Video port with the same port number.
3.
If the cable from a computer's Keyboard port is disconnected from the NTI Switch while power is on, turn the power OFF to
the computer before plugging the cable back in.
4.
Verify port 1 LED illuminates when switch is turned ON. If it doesn't, call NTI for assistance.
5.
If a SUN SPARC-10 will not power up, connect to the SPARC through the switch and press the "POWER" key (only available
on type 5 and 5C keyboards).
6.
Turn ON power to NTI Switch first, then to the computers.
