Radio/GPS Cable Connection

radio/GPS cable to the terminal block on the front
of the Opticom™ GPS System Phase Selector.
5.6.3 Auxiliary Interface Panel Installation
Refer to Section 5.4.3, Auxiliary Interface Panel
Installation, for details about installing an
auxiliary interface panel in the traffic control
cabinet.

5.6.4 Green Sense Wiring
Refer to Section 5.4.4, Green Sense Wiring with
Auxiliary Interface Panel, and Section 5.4.5,
Alternate Green Sense Wiring with Auxiliary
Harness, for details about wire preparation and
wiring connections.

5.6.5 Communication Cable Installation
NOTE: If the installation includes remote
communication cabling, one communication
cable is required for each phase selector.
1. Plug one end of the communication cable into
the communication port on the front panel of
the phase selector.
2. Plug the other end of the communication
cable into a PC.
3. If a permanent communication connection is
to be made, GTT recommends using the
MODEM port on the auxiliary interface panel.
