ASF Technical Support Offerings
A. ASF Support
ASFs can contact the Canon Help Desk at CITS Monday through Friday,
8 A.M. to 8 P.M. ET, except for holidays at 1-866-702-2666. Before contacting
CITS, a technician must exhaust all other resources including the service
manual, and the
their internal service support infrastructure.

B. Internet Support
The
Authorized Service Facility Support Center
Canon USA's Engineering Services and Solutions Division, provides
high-quality support via the Internet.
Canon USA's
designed to give ASFs access to the following technical support information:
