PROBLEM
1. No product being
dispensed with the draw
valve open and the control
switch in AUTO.
2. The product is too cold.
3. The product appears too
thin.

Troubleshooting Guide
PROBABLE CAUSE
a. The freezer door is
installed upside down.
b. There is a freeze- up in
the mix inlet hole.
c. Beater motor out on reset.
d. The beater is rotating
counterclockwise.
e. Draw valve bracket
incorrectly attached to
draw arm.
f. The circuit breaker is off
or the fuse is blown.
g. Inadequate mix in hopper.
h. The feed tube is installed
upside down.
a. The thermistor control is
set too cold.
b. The draw handle is not
fully closed.
a. The thermistor control is
set too warm.
b. Insufficient air space
around the unit. (A/C)
c. Worn scraper blade(s).
d. Dirty condenser.
e. The mix is out of date.
f. The beater is rotating
counterclockwise.
g. Product is over beaten.
h. Loss of water (W/C)

REMEDY
a. Install the door correctly.
b. Call service technician to
adjust hopper
temperature.
c. Reset the freezer.
d. Contact service technician
to correct the rotation.
e. Correctly attach draw
valve bracket to draw arm.
f. Turn the breaker on or
replace the fuse.
g. Fill the hopper with mix.
h. Install the feed tube with
the hole in the side in the
down position.
a. Adjust the thermistor
control knob warmer.
b. The draw handle must be
fully closed.
a. Adjust the thermistor
control knob colder.
b. Allow for adequate air flow
across the condenser.
c. Replace scraper blades
regularly.
d. Clean regularly.
e. Use only fresh mix.
f. Contact service technician
to correct rotation.
g. Draw off some product to
allow fresh product to
enter the freezing cylinder.
h. Locate cause of water
loss and correct.
