10.4.1 RS232 Connector

The RS232 connector (located on the expander card) is used to connect an RS232 lead via a
PC/Laptop. This enables the engineer to upload/download information from the panel using the
PCX UDL Software. The 'Set up downloading' function is used to do this – please see the
programming manual. Please contact Pyronix or your local distributor regarding the PCX software.
