Maintenance
The most important maintenance procedures are given, in daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual
interventions can be divided. Failure to comply with the proposed work will cause a premature wear and
reduced machine performance.
Daily maintenance
- General cleaning of the machine incurred chips.
- (If mounted coolant system) restoring the cooling and lubricating article.
- Cleaning of the spindle taper.
- Control of tool wear.
- Check operation of protective covers and emergency keys.
Weekly maintenance
- General, careful cleaning of the machine incurred chips and especially the lubricating and coolant container.
- Cleaning and lubrication of the spindle and the guides of the work table.
- Sharpening the tools.
- Guards and emergency buttons control the function and any defects.
- Check the gear oil.
Monthly cleaning
- Tighten all screws.
- Protective covers and control devices on their integrity.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

The Extraordinary maintenance is to be carried out by qualified personnel. It is recommended in any case, to
contact your machinery dealer.
As extraordinary maintenance is also restoring the protective covers and safety devices view.
SHUT DOWN
If the drill is no longer in use, it is recommended to:
- To pull the electrical plug.
- The coolant tank to empty (if available).
- To clean the machine thoroughly and adequately preserve.
- If necessary, the machine with a tarpaulin cover.
DISPOSAL
General rules
In the final disarmament and scrapping of the machine, the type and composition of the waste materials
need to be taken into account. This means that:
- Ferrous materials and cast iron, which, however, always consist only of metal, in which it is a secondary raw
material, must, subject to the payment of ingredients used, passed the authorized works for melting iron.
- The electrical components, including power cable and electronic material as the urban waste is classified
assimilated, can be passed directly to the management of waste collection.
- Used for mineral, synthetic or blended oils, soluble oils and fats, in which it is special waste, you have to be
collected, transported and subsequent apply to the disposal of used oil consortium.
