Controls
Spindle feed (J, Fig 08)
On the left side of the machine head, there is
Handles for spindle speed. By turning the handle
Counterclockwise direction, the spindle is lowered. one
Return spring brings the spindle back automatically in
the initial position.
The locking handle (K, Fig 08) can be used for setting
the drill depth on the scale (L, Fig 08),
the desired depth can be set and read here.
Fine feed
The locking handle (K, Fig. 08) tighten. Turn the wheel
(M, Fig.08) for micro feed adjustment.
Rotating drill head
The drill head can be tilted 90 ° left or right.
Loosen the nuts (N, Fig.09), the positioning pin
(R, Fig 10) pull out then rotate the head to the
desired position.
Check angle Scale (O, Fig.09) - and tighten the nuts.
With the positioning pin of the drilling head can be
positionedat 45 ° L, 90 ° and 45 ° R.
NOTE
- Rotate the head only at the hiest position
.
- Make sure that the head is secured and
does not rotate by itself.
- When resetting to 0 °, make sure the head was
precise aligned.
.- To make sure all the necessary fixing screws
and nutsare tightened before starting drilling or milling.
Switching Fa st / Slow (P, Fig 10)
Speed lever is mounted on the right side of the head.
After the machine has stopped rotating the handle
to the the desired position.
The sight glass (Q, Fig 10), can see the lubrication
condition the transmission can be controlled.
Dismantle sight glass, grease with a brush if necessary
to the gears. Use only EP grease
(e.g. Blaser, Hasle-Rüegsau No. 492)
Spin dle s peeds
The spindle speeds are infinitely variable.
