Operation
Check all parts of the machine in good condition and function prior to operation. When the
Machine proper safety precautions and the machine-oriented operation are met, can
guaranteed the precision of the machine over a long time.
a) lubricate shaft and column with the surface oil PROMAC 100385 or similar.
b) Check if the surface of the worktable is free from dust, chips or oil residues.
c) Check that the cutting tool is sharp and properly tensioned and the workpiece is securely clamped.
d) Check the work spindle speed is not set too high and make sure the cutting speed the work carried out
complies.

AFTER OPERATION
a) Switch off the machine and disconnect the power.
b) Remove tool.
c) Clean the machine, bare parts, guides and spindles with the surface oil PROMAC Oil 100,385
d) Cover machine with cloth to protect it from dust and dirt.
ON / MACHINE HEAD AND ADJUSTMENT
a) To raise or lower the machine head, loosen the clamping handles (see also page 10). with the
Crank handle, raise the head on the column.
After reaching the desired height, the clamping bolts must be tightened again to avoid vibrations.
