Maintenance

The most important maintenance procedures are given, can be divided to daily, weekly, monthly and every
half year. Failure to comply with the proposed procedure will cause a premature wear and
reduced machine performance.
Daily maintenance
- General cleaning of the machine incurred chips.
- (If coolant pump is mounted) restoring the cooling and lubricating fluid.
- Cleaning of the spindle taper.
- Control of tool wear.
- Check operation of protective covers and emergency keys.
Weekly maintenance
- General, careful cleaning of the machine incurred chips and especially the lubricating and coolant container.
- Cleaning and lubrication of the spindle and the guides of the work table.
- Sharpening the tools.
- Check the guards and emergency buttons if there is any functional defects.
- Check the gear oil.
Monthly cleaning
- Tighten all screws.
- Check if the protective covers and control devices on their integrity.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
The Extraordinary maintenance is to be carried out by qualified personnel. It is recommended in any case, to
contact your machinery dealer.
An extraordinary maintenance is also restoring the protective covers and safety devices view.
SHUT DOWN
If the drill is no longer in use, it is recommended that:
- To pull the electrical plug.
- The coolant tank to empty (if available).
- To clean the machine thoroughly and apply adequately preserve.
- If necessary, the machine with a tarpaulin cover.
DISPOSAL
General rules
If the machine was to be scrapped, need to consider the composition of the waste material to decide how to
do it. This means that:
- Ferrous materials and cast iron, where consist only of metal, it is a secondary raw
material, must, subject to the payment of ingredients used, passed the authorized works for melting iron.
- The electrical components, including power cable and electronic material as the urban waste is classified
assimilated, can be passed directly to the management of waste collection.
- Used for mineral, synthetic or blended oils, soluble oils and fats, was considered special waste, you have
to collected, transported and subsequent apply to the disposal of used oil consortium.
