This machine was tested according to Machine Directives 89/392 point 1.7.4 for noise level at normal working
condition to be 70dB. (IEC 804 IEC 651) However the noise level can increase if machine different material so
it is suggested to have the operator to wear noise protection at all time.

Machine Description

With the drilling-/milling FX-820VA is a universal machining center which can provide
various cutting operations, where usually several different machines were required to complete the work.
With proper operation and maintenance and the safe operation of the high working accuracy can be
guaranteed for years to come.
Before operating the machine, read the manual in detail to understand how to operate the machine safely.
Put the machine only into the function it was designed to and do not make any change of the machine.
FEATURES
1. Design of this machine allows the drilling and surface milling and vertical milling with various tools. the
machine is equipped with a two-speed motor and a six-step reduction gear for controlling the spindle
speed.
2. Machine is accurately calibrated for experienced user to run in different applications.
3. Drilling can be done by the following method: direct manual spindle downfeed for the drilling or
manual controlled power feed via the reduction gear.
4. Stable dovetail column gives the machine high rigidity against deformation and assure high accuracy.
5. The cast iron machine head with high accuracy by high precision machining method such as grinding
and drilling, the head was also reinforced by internal ribs.
6. For threading the machine is equipped with an inverter.
