14. Insure stability. Always keep proper foot position and body balance to keep the safe working state.
15. Always keep the machine in good condition. Make sure the cutting edge sharp to maintain best
performance, follow the instruction for cleaning and lubricating the machine.
16. Always disconnect the power supply before maintenance or change of machine parts, such as saw blade,
cutting tools, etc.
17. Use only the recommended accessories. Follow the instructions in the manual. Use unsuitable accessories
will increase the risk of accident.
18. Avoid unauthorized operation. Always check before connecting the power source if the switch
is in the "0" (off).
19. Never stand on the machine. If the machine tilt or contact the cutting tool will cause serious injuries.
20. Check defective machine parts. damaged guards or other parts should be properly repaired or replaced
before further operation
21. Never leave the machine during operation, always switch off the power supply, leave the machine only

Transporting the machine

1. The machines weigh up 103kg.
2. For transport use suitable transport equipment.
3. The machines are very top-heavy, be careful about transport risk of tipping!
Workplace
1. The lighting and ventilation of the working area must be sufficient.
2. The lighting for safe operation must be 300 lux.
Noise
1 The noise level of the machine during operation is 70db.
2 Depending on the material can increase drilling noise. It is therefore necessary to protect against the noise and
make appropriate protective measures (eg, ear protection).

Electrical power supply

1. The models FX-820VA are supplied with a power cord 230v 50Hz. Change of the wire
connection has to be done by a professional in accordance with EN60204-1, item 5.3 regulations.
2. The breaker switch need to be minimal 6A capacity.
3. The exact electrical data can be found on the nameplate of the machine and the electrical plan included with
this manual.
4. Note: for all service and repairs must disconnect the machine from electrical grid (plug off).
5. The yellow / green earth wire is important for electrical safety. It is require to have correct connection length.
