Description of Drive

The DUOMAT 7 is an electrically driven motor that is responsible for moving the end product in a
linear direction. The head and foot sections of a bed can be adjusted depending on the drive op-
tions. The drive is controlled by means of a handset or hand-held remote control.
The different drive models vary according to according to the:
 motor power,
 number of motors,
 model with optional reset function,
 model with optional mains cut-off mechanism.
 We reserve the right to make unannounced technical changes in the course of our continual
product improvement process!
 The "Combination Possibilities" Chapter describes the different possible combinations of drives
and handsets/hand-held remote controls. You can also ask your supplier or dealer for additional
information.

Drive components

The main components of the DUOMAT 7 are the motor and the adjustment motion mechanism.
This mechanism is housed under the shutters. The shutters must be opened in order to mount the
drive to the end product. The brackets fastened to the end product are then inserted into these
openings. The DUOMAT 7 may also be equipped with a rechargeable battery.
