CREAZIONE DEL VUOTO

ESECUZIONE VUOTO IN CONTENITORI

1) Collegare l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente.
2) Dare tensione alla confezionatrice posizionando l'interruttore (1)
su "ON" o ruotando il selettore (2) su "ON" (VM14-VM98) e si
accende la spia gialla incorporata.
3) Inserire l'apposita cannuccia munita di campana aspirante sul rac-
cordo (A) presente all'interno del limite della guarnizione.
4) Svitare leggermente la ghiera (B) della valvola posta sul coperchio
del contenitore che utilizzerete in modo che la guarnizione presente
al suo interno si possa muovere.
5) Collocare il coperchio sul contenitore (vaso, pentola, terrina, ecc.)
all'interno del quale si desidera creare il vuoto.
6) Premere la campana di aspirazione (C) sulla valvola del coperchio (Fig. 1).
7) Ruotare il selettore (2) "PUMP" su "ON" (VM14-VM88) o posizionare
l'interruttore (3) su "JARS" ed esercitare una forte pressione iniziale
sul coperchio (Fig. 1) fino a che si realizzi un minimo di vuoto all'inter-
no del contenitore; Una volta raggiunto il valore di 0,80 bar (VM98) o
1,0 bar (VM14-VM88) levare la campana (C) dal coperchio del con-
tenitore ed avvitare a fondo la ghiera (B) posta sulla valvola per
impedire il rientro dell'aria dal contenitore.
8) Ruotare il selettore "PUMP" su "OFF" (VM14-VM88) o posizionare
l'interruttore "SEAL" (3) su "SEAL"
NOTA IMPORTANTE! Nei modelli (VM14-VM88) togliere
sempre prima la campana (C) dal coperchio prima di
ruotare il selettore (2) su "OFF"! In caso contrario si potreb-
be verificare il travaso dell'olio dalla pompa al contenitore!

INTERRUZIONE CICLO DI CONFEZIONAMENTO

Nel caso di dover interrompere per qualsiasi motivo il ciclo di
confezionamento, (aspirazione liquidi, busta non posizionata corretta-
mente, ecc.) agire come segue:
1) Portare il pulsante o il selettore (1) su "OFF" fino a spegni-
mento.
2) Portare il pulsante o il selettore (1) su "ON" per lo sblocco
dello sportello mobile (D).

VACUUM CREATION INSIDE OF CONTAINERS

1) Connect the appliance to a power socket.
2) Power the packing machine by setting switch (1) to "ON" or turning
selector (2) to "ON" (VM14-VM88) and the built-in yellow indicator
lights up.
3) Insert the hose fitted with the suction cup on nozzle(A) present
inside the gasket limit.
4) Undo the ring nut (B) of the valve located on the cover of the container
to be used so that the inside gasket can move.
5) Place the cover on the container (jar, pot, bowl, etc.) inside of which
the vacuum is to be created.
6) Fix the evacuation fitting (C) on the cover valve (Fig. 1).
7) Turn selector (2) "PUMP" to "ON" (VM14-VM88) or position switch
(3) on "JARS" and press hard on the lid (Fig. 1) until a minimum
vacuum is formed inside the container; Once a value of 0.80 bar
(VM98) or 1.0 bar (VM14-VM88) is reached, lever the cup (C) from
the container lid and screw ring nut (B) on the valve all the way to
prevent air from entering the container.
8) Turn the "PUMP" selector to "OFF" (VM14-VM88) or position the
"SEAL" switch (3) on "SEAL".
IMPORTANT NOTE! In the VM14-VM88 models, always
remove cup (C) from the lid before turning selector (2) to
"OFF", as otherwise, oil may flow from the pump into the
container!!
3.4

STOPPING OF PACKAGING CYCLE

If the packaging cycle has to be stopped for any reason, (suction of
liquids, bag not correctly positioned, etc.) carry out the following:
1) Turn pushbutton or selector (1) to "OFF" to switch off.
2) Turn pushbutton or selector (1) to "ON" to unlock movable lid (D).
