vertical SYNC Polarity <IC)
The shunt on JC selects the polarity of the vertical SYNC signal to the monitor.
If pins 1 and 2 are shunted, VSYNC has minus polarity; if 2 and 3 are shunted,
V SYNC has plus polari ty.
