Chapter 5 Dismantling components
Distributor cabinet, continued

Preparation
Disconnect supply connections
Dismantle the bean container
Dismantle the cup plate
Casing and right-hand front cover
Remove drawer for coffee grounds;
Move the dispenser carriage upwards
The distributor cabinet is dismantled with all its
connection pipes.
Dismantling
1. Loosen the union nuts on the outflow pipes and take the
pipes out of cable guides etc:
at the inlet to the flowmeter
at the feed pipe to the instant heater tea
at the feed pipe to the steam generator
2. Loosen the union nut on the feed pipe at the screwed L
outlet; disconnect the feed pipe
3. Loosen the union nut on the screwed L at the pump
outlet
4. Disconnect the cable from the solenoid valve; pull out
the flat plug
5 Turn the fastening screw on the distributor cabinet until it
comes out.
6. Remove the distributor cabinet, with all its pipe fittings,
from the machine.
Repair (see EKSO-2)
Replace the non-return valves (baffles etc.)
Replace the solenoid valve
Installation
Carry out assembly in reverse order to the dismantling pro-
cedure.
