Crème Chantilly
Serves 4
300ml single cream
80g granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Place the cream in the work bowl and process using the 'Chop' switch for 1 minute.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract and process for a few seconds until mixed.
