Installing the host boards

To install a host board:
1.
Shut down your system.
2.
On the controller that you want to add a host board, unfasten the retention screw located under the
ejection levers.

Push down the ejection levers to dislodge the controller from the system (A), then pull to remove
from the enclosure (B).

A downtime may occur when upgrading the controller/host board.
To add or replace a host board, the firmware automatically restores the default factory settings of
your system.
