Dock ´n` Lock
aL570 & aL570XL DocK aND LocK INStaLLatIoN
1. measure Distance.
When the plow is attached to the chair (based on instructions
provided with the plow), measure the distance from the
ground to the approximate center of the ½" pin of the plow.

Be sure the chair is on a hard, level surface when obtaining this
measurement.
The aL570 and aL570XL
factory with the Dock 'N' Lock system attached
directly to the platform. Subtract 1-1/4" from
the measurement taken to the right, and use
the appropriate number and combinations of
spacers to raise to Dock and Lock to match the
chair. [Figure 36-1]
example:
For AL570, if the chair's pin-to-
ground measurement is 2.00" then subtract
1-1/4."
To prepare the need for a total of ¾" of spacers,
use a ¼" spacer and a ½" with each bolt under
the system.

2. remove Dock 'N' Lock Bolts.
Using a 9/16" socket and wrench, remove bolts from Dock
and Lock. Retain nylock nuts for reassembly. [Figure 36-3]
