7. tighten the jam nut to lock it in place,
the foot is positioned properly.
When the lift is properly adjusted, lower the platform
to the ground and raise it back to the transporting
position. Repeat this several times to ensure all parts
operate properly and that the scooter is well secured.
Next, remove the scooter from the lift and, using the
toggle switch, cycle the lift completely up and down to
make sure that all parts are in good working order and
the lift folds when it is empty.
