CYCLE PARTS
• Install the wiper seal.
•
Pour oil into the stanchion ensuring that it also fills the
internal passages of the plunger rod.
•
Pump the stanchion up and down to ensure the
plunger rod is completely filled with oil.
• Insert the spring and preload tube.
•
Fit the plug on the stanchion tube taking care not to
damage the O-ring. Tighten the plug to the prescribed
torque.
