BATTERY MOUNTING OPTIONS
1. PRESENTATION
The battery pack used in the AutoSun™ solar system has the
following functions:

2. MOUNTING BATTERY PACK WITH TAPE (OPTION 1)
- Charge duration: 3h 30 min. max. 2 charges by year max.
- Never leave a battery in a discharged condition.
- No not open or pierce the battery.
a. Use solvent to clean and wipe the surface for gluing.
- Do not put the battery into a fire, risk of explosion. Keep away (1m minimum) from from all types of flames, sparks or incandescent material.
- Do not create a short circuit on the battery terminals: danger of burns and explosion.
b. Pass the battery cable into the base.
- The battery must be sheltered from the rain (IP X4).
- The battery must be accessible in order to carry out possible recharging (see instruction sheet 5055192).
c. Remove the protective paper from the adhesive.
- Suitable substrates for sticking: runners and box in aluminium, box in PVC (remove the protective films).The surfaces to be glued must be dry and clean.
- The ambient temperature when gluing should be between 20°C and 38°C.
d. Press the battery pack into the frame.
- We recommend users run industrial tests in exactly the same conditions as those of the intended application and thereby ascertain that our product satisfies its
requirements. If in doubt, opt for the screwing solution.
- The battery must be replaced by a professional with an identical model.
- Do not put in the dustbin, this is a recyclable product.
NOTE: Use a solvent containing a mixture of isopopyl alcohol
and water (50/50) or a heptane-based solvent. Follow all the

3. MOUNTING THE BATTERY PACK WITH BATTERY
MOUNTING BRACKETS (OPTION 2)

a. Measure brackets for mounting battery.
b. Mount brackets with appropriate hardware to surface.
c. Insert corded end bracket to corded end, insert non corded
end to its bracket.
