Checking the rear brake fluid level

Warning
Danger of accidents An insufficient brake fluid level will cause the brake system to fail.
If the brake fluid level drops below the specified marking or the specified value, the brake system is
leaking or the brake linings are worn down.
Check the brake system and ensure that nobody drives the vehicle before the problem is eliminated.

Make sure that brake fluid for the front and rear brake is changed in accordance with the service

Adding rear brake fluid

Warning
Danger of accidents An insufficient brake fluid level will cause the brake system to fail.

Free travel of foot brake lever 3 ... 5 mm (0.12 ... 0.2 in)

If the free travel at the foot brake lever does not meet
specifications:
Adjust the free travel of the foot brake lever.

Stand the vehicle upright.
Check the brake fluid level in level viewer

If an air bubble is visible in viewer
Add rear brake fluid.
