9.1 Setting Implement into Work Position

Before placing machine in work position: Check that nobody is within the machine pivoting
area. If there is someone, make sure the person moves away.
Setting the machine into work position
From the transport position:
- Stop tractor engine and remove the key.
- Open the cylinder valves by turning levers (A) for
the right and left cylinders, levers (B) for the right
and left cylinders, and lever (C) optional.
- Return to the tractor, operate the hydraulic
controls to lower the rake arms, not completely, but
only until the rake tines just barely touch the
ground.
- Extend the telescopic arm (D) by activating the
tractor valve after selecting the "EXTENSION"
position on the remote control.
- Adjust the angle of the arms (E) by activating the
tractor valve after selecting the "ANGULATION"
position on the remote control.
- Finish lowering the rake arms.
The machine is in working position.
The tractor hydraulics must be set to float mode
during operation
