3. Move the actuator at an even pace to the
mounting site.
4. Mount the actuator to the valve. See sec-
tion 5.1.
5. Remove slings after mounting.
Tip
We recommend using a hook with safety
latch (see Fig. 3). The safety latch prevents
the slings from slipping during lifting and
transporting.
Lifting the entire control valve assembly
A swivel hoist can be screwed into the fe-
male thread on the top diaphragm case (see
section 3.5 on Accessories). The swivel hoist
is designed for setting a control valve assem-
bly upright.
