ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRIC POWERFILE
WARNING
Safety instructions for all future operations: Hold power tool by unsulated gripping surfaces,
because the belt may contact its own cord. Cutting a "live" wire may make exposed metal parts
of the power tool "live" and could cause an electric shock.
Preferably wear a dust mask whenever sanding. Thoroughly remove all dust after sanding. Take spe-
cial care when sanding paint is possibly lead based or when sanding some woods and metal which
may produce toxic dust.
•
Wear a dust mask specifically designed for protection against lead paint dust and ensure that per-
sons within or entering the work area are also protected.
•
Do not let children or pregnant women enter the working area.
•
Do not eat, drink or smoke within the work area.
•
Dispose dust particles and any other debris safely.
•
Before using the tool on wooden work pieces preferably fit the dust bag.
•
Before using the tool on metal work pieces or work pieces containing metal make sure to remove
the dust bag.
