Take careful note of the format for these values.
Following the letter "Q" you must have a two-digit
string representing the number of passive pulses,
then (with no space), a two-digit string representing
the number of active pulses, then (with no space),
a two-digit string representing the total number of
scans. If any of these numbers is less than 10, the
first digit of the two-digit string must be 0.

Description
format
QS rep-rate F/nn
Queries or sets the Q-Switch auto ratio. In "Auto" mode with
Internal Q-Switch sync selected, the Q-Switch will fire at a
