Food probe
Using the wireless food probe supplied
enables the temperature during the
cooking process to be monitored simply
and accurately (see "Roasting - Food
probe").
It is located in a storage sleeve in the
front right of the Gourmet warming
drawer.
Rotisserie HDGR 30+
The rotisserie can be used to grill
thicker items such as rolled meat and
poultry. The food is rotated so that it
browns evenly on all sides (see "Grilling
- Grilling with the rotisserie").
The rotisserie is placed on the universal
tray and connected to the connection
point for the motor in the back wall of
the oven.
The rotisserie can hold a maximum of
5 kg.
