Note: If using Windows Vista, the User Account Control (UAC)
needs to be turned off before using the device. To turn off the
UAC, go to [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [User Ac-
counts] - [Turn User Account Control on or off]. Uncheck the
UAC and restart the computer, then the device can work nor-
mally.
