Shutdown indication
The release of the equipment can be immediately perform after a
shutdown in lock condition. After the release (and after the removal
of what caused the service interruption, or after a voltage drop), the
programmer returns to its original position. In this case only terminals
7, 9, 10 and 11 are powered according to the command program.
Only after that the equipment programs a new start up.
Caution: Do not press the EK release button for more than 10
seconds.
As a rule, in the event of any kind of stop, the fuel flow is immediately cut off. At the same time both the
programmer and the switch position indicator remain in the same position. The symbol on the indicator
reading disk indicates the fault type.
No start-up, because of failed closure of one contact (see also Necessary conditions for the burner
start-up), or shutdown in lock condition during or at the end of the control sequence due to external
lights (for example not extinguished flames, loss at the level of fuel valves, flame control circuit faults, etc.)
Start up sequence interruption because the limit switch contact OPEN signal "a" is faulty on terminal
8. Terminals 6, 7 and 15 remain live until fault removal.
Only for LAL2... Shutdown in lock condition, due to no air pressure signal. From this moment on,
any missing air pressure indication triggers a shutdown in lock condition!
Shutdown in lock condition due to flame detection circuit malfunction.
Start up sequence interruption because the position signal for low flame position was not sent to
terminal 8 by the auxiliary m. Terminals 6, 7 and 15 remain powered until fault removal.
Shutdown in lock condition, due to missing flame signal at the end of safety time.
Shutdown, due to no flame signal during burner operation.
