t3
Short pre-ignition time
As long as Z is connected to terminal 16; so with fuel confirmation on terminal 18.
t2 .
Safety time
- At the end of safety time a flame signal must appear on terminal 22 of the amplifier and the signal
must remain until a regulation stop, if not the equipment triggers a shutdown in lock condition..
t3n
Pre-ignition time, as long as the ignition transformer is connected to terminal 15. In case of short pre-
ignition (connection to terminal 16), the ignition transformer remains inserted until the end of safety time.
t4
lnterval. At the end of t4 terminal 19 is powered. It is usually used for the supply
of one fuel valve at the air damper servomotor auxiliary contact v.
Interval. At the end of t5 terminal 20 is powered. At the same time the control outputs from 9 to 11
t5
and input terminal 8 are electrically separated from the burner command control section in order
to protect the equipment itself from voltage comes back through the power regulator circuit.
With the LR power regulator consensus to terminal 20 the equipment ignition programme
is complete. Depending on the different time set, the programmer stops immediately
or after some "releases" without changing in any case the contacts position.
Burner operation position
B
Burner operation
B-C
During the burner operation, the power regulator commands the air damper with the rated load or minimum flame
position in function of the heat requirement. The nominal capacity consensus occurs through the damper servomotor
auxiliary contact v.
In case of no flame during operation the equipment triggers a shutdown in lock condition. If you want to it
to automatically restart simply disconnect the electric bridge marked on the safety equipment connection
part (electric bridge B).
C
Controlled regulation stop.
In case of a controlled regulation stop the fuel valves are immediately closed. At the same time the programmer re-starts and programs:
t6
Post-ventilation time (with M2 fan on terminal 7).
A little after the beginning of post-ventilation time, terminal 10 is powered again so that the air damper is in MIN
position. `
The air damper complete closure starts almost at the end of the post-ventilation time and is triggered by a command
signal on terminal 11 which remains powered during the subsequent burner switching off phase.
t13
Allowed post-combustion time. During this period of time the flame control circuit can still receive a flame signal
and the equipment doesn't trigger a shutdown in lock condition.
End of control program (initial position)
D-A
As soon as the programmer and the command contacts return to the initial position the detection probe test starts
again.
Once the initial position is reached terminal 4 will be powered (terminal 12 for LAL2...).
